Jewelry is personal and often given as a gift, so presentation matters. Custom jewelry boxes protect delicate pieces and make the moment of opening feel as special as what is inside.

Boxes for every piece

Choose ring boxes like the velvet ring box or the black two-piece ring box, an earring gift box with insert, or necklace boxes. You can also pick a drawer box with a slide-out tray or a magnetic gift box for a gift-ready look. Jewelry mailer boxes keep online orders safe in transit.

Paper-Based Packaging Options for Jewelry Brands

Many jewelry brands want packaging that is easy for customers to recycle. The box board is paper based, and jewelry boxes are available in kraft and SBS paperboard. Foam, velvet-look inserts and ribbon pulls are not part of the paper board, so remove those parts before recycling and check your local rules.

If you have a specific material need, mention it in the quote form and we will tell you what we can do.

Three simple ways to cut waste

1. Order the right size. A box that fits the piece and its insert needs less extra packing.

2. Keep print to the colors your design needs.

3. Choose kraft if you like a natural look.

Custom Packaging Options for Every Industry

Choose the finish, print method, coating and material that suit your product. Our team will help you pick the right mix for your brand and budget.

Special Finishes

Finishing is what turns a good box into a memorable one. Add metallic hot foil, raised embossing, glossy spot UV or pressed-in debossing to highlight your logo and key details, the small touches that make customers stop, look and pick your product up. Finishes can be combined on the same box, for example gold foil on an embossed logo with a spot UV pattern, and our team will show you what works best for your artwork and budget before anything is printed.

Printing Methods

We match the print method to your quantity, artwork and budget. Offset printing gives sharp, color-accurate results for larger runs, digital printing is ideal for short runs and fast turnaround, screen printing delivers bold solid colors, and UV printing adds vivid, durable ink to almost any surface. We print in full-color CMYK or exact Pantone brand colors, inside and outside the box, and every order comes with a free digital proof so you can check colors and layout first.

Coating & Laminations

Coatings protect your print from scuffs, moisture and fingerprints while setting the look and feel of your box. Choose matte for a soft, modern finish, gloss for vibrant shine, soft-touch for a velvety premium feel, or eco-friendly aqueous coating for everyday protection. A coating also makes colors look richer and helps your boxes stay clean and sharp from the warehouse to the customer’s hands.

Materials / Paper We Use

Every box starts with the right board. Rigid chipboard gives a sturdy luxury feel, kraft paperboard offers a natural and recyclable look, corrugated board protects products through shipping, and SBS cardstock provides a bright, smooth surface for crisp full-color printing. We use recyclable materials wherever possible. Not sure which board is right for your product? Tell us what you are packing and how it ships, and we will recommend the best material for strength, look and price.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Do you make inserts for rings and earrings?

Yes. Foam and slotted inserts can be made to hold rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets. See our earring gift box with insert for one option.

What is the difference between foam and velvet-look inserts?

Foam holds the piece firmly in a cut slot. A velvet-look insert gives the inside a soft, fabric-style look. Tell us your pieces and we will suggest one.

Which jewelry box is best for gifts?

A rigid two-piece or magnetic closure box with foil or embossing gives a gift-ready look.

Can you make small quantities of jewelry boxes?

Minimums depend on the box style. Share your quantity in the quote form and we will recommend the best option.

Do you offer jewelry mailer boxes?

Yes. Mailer boxes with inserts protect jewelry during shipping.

Do I need an outer box when I ship jewelry?

An outer mailer or shipping box adds protection to the decorative box in transit. Tell us how you ship and we will suggest an option.

Can I print inside the box?

Yes. We print inside and outside, in CMYK or Pantone colors.

Can I add my logo in gold or silver foil?

Yes. Gold and silver foil, embossing and soft-touch lamination are available.

What affects the cost of jewelry boxes?

Size, quantity, box style, insert type and finishes all change the price. Send your details in the quote form and we will reply with a quote.

What materials are available?

We offer rigid chipboard wrapped in paper, SBS paperboard and kraft.

Are jewelry boxes recyclable?

The box board is paper based, but foam, velvet-look inserts and ribbon pulls are not. Remove those parts before recycling and check your local rules.

I do not have a design. Can you help?

Yes. Design support is free on every custom order. Uploading artwork in the quote form is optional.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. We send a free digital proof for your approval before anything is printed.
