Offset Printing for Custom Packaging

Get sharp, color-accurate results on larger runs with offset printing, the industry standard for high-quality packaging.

What is offset printing?

About Offset Printing

Offset (lithographic) printing transfers ink from metal plates to a rubber blanket and then onto your board. It produces crisp detail, smooth color gradients and highly consistent results from the first box to the last.

Because the plates are set up once, offset becomes very cost-effective as quantities grow, which makes it the best choice for medium to large orders where color accuracy matters.

Design tips

  • Supply artwork in CMYK with any Pantone colors clearly marked.
  • Use high-resolution images (300 dpi) for the sharpest results.
  • Ask for a printed proof if exact color matching is critical.
  • Combine offset with lamination or spot UV for a premium finish.
