About this packaging

Custom clothing boxes that sell the brand

Clothing is personal, and the box it arrives in is the first thing your customer touches. Custom apparel boxes let you control that first impression — your colors, logo and message, on packaging built around your garment.

Boxes for online and in-store

E-commerce brands usually choose corrugated mailer boxes: they self-lock, stack flat and ship without an outer carton. Boutiques and premium labels lean toward two-piece rigid or magnetic closure boxes for gifting, suits and luxury pieces.

Branding inside and out

Print a pattern outside and a thank-you message inside the lid, add a window, or foil-stamp your logo. Inserts keep folded items crisp, and tissue or stickers complete the unboxing.

Sizes are approximate (L × W × D). Folded garments vary by brand, fabric and fit.

How to measure your box size

  1. Fold the garment the way you want the customer to see it.
  2. Measure the length, width and thickness of the folded pile.
  3. Add a little room on each side so the box closes easily. If you plan to add tissue paper or an insert, add space for those too.
  4. Send us the numbers in the quote form. If you are unsure, we will help you pick the final size.

Eco-friendly

Recyclable Packaging Options for Clothing Brands

Many clothing brands want packaging that is easy for customers to recycle. We offer recyclable kraft and paperboard stocks, and an aqueous coating as an eco-friendly protective option.

If you have a specific material need, mention it in the quote form and we will tell you what we can do.

Three simple ways to cut waste

1. Order the right size. A box that fits the garment needs less filler.

2. Use fewer ink colors where your design allows it.

3. Choose kraft if you like a natural, uncoated look.

Custom Packaging Options for Every Industry

Choose the finish, print method, coating and material that suit your product. Our team will help you pick the right mix for your brand and budget.

Special Finishes

Finishing is what turns a good box into a memorable one. Add metallic hot foil, raised embossing, glossy spot UV or pressed-in debossing to highlight your logo and key details, the small touches that make customers stop, look and pick your product up. Finishes can be combined on the same box, for example gold foil on an embossed logo with a spot UV pattern, and our team will show you what works best for your artwork and budget before anything is printed.

Printing Methods

We match the print method to your quantity, artwork and budget. Offset printing gives sharp, color-accurate results for larger runs, digital printing is ideal for short runs and fast turnaround, screen printing delivers bold solid colors, and UV printing adds vivid, durable ink to almost any surface. We print in full-color CMYK or exact Pantone brand colors, inside and outside the box, and every order comes with a free digital proof so you can check colors and layout first.

Coating & Laminations

Coatings protect your print from scuffs, moisture and fingerprints while setting the look and feel of your box. Choose matte for a soft, modern finish, gloss for vibrant shine, soft-touch for a velvety premium feel, or eco-friendly aqueous coating for everyday protection. A coating also makes colors look richer and helps your boxes stay clean and sharp from the warehouse to the customer’s hands.

Materials / Paper We Use

Every box starts with the right board. Rigid chipboard gives a sturdy luxury feel, kraft paperboard offers a natural and recyclable look, corrugated board protects products through shipping, and SBS cardstock provides a bright, smooth surface for crisp full-color printing. We use recyclable materials wherever possible. Not sure which board is right for your product? Tell us what you are packing and how it ships, and we will recommend the best material for strength, look and price.
