About Corrugated Board

Corrugated board has a fluted (wavy) inner layer sandwiched between flat liners. This structure makes it strong, crush-resistant and cushioning, while staying light enough for affordable shipping.

It comes in different flute sizes, from thin E-flute for printed mailer boxes to thicker B and C-flute for heavier shipping, in brown kraft or bright white.

Design tips

  • E-flute is best for printed mailers; thicker flutes suit heavy items.
  • Choose white corrugated for brighter full-color printing.
  • Print inside the lid for a surprise branded reveal.
